At just 17 months old, Mannaz Singh's life took an unexpected turn. After months of declining hemoglobin levels, doctors initially believed she was suffering from iron deficiency anemia. A biopsy later revealed the true cause: celiac disease, a lifelong autoimmune disorder triggered by gluten.
Today, at 15, Mannaz has transformed her personal journey into a mission for change. Growing up, she experienced the isolation, misunderstandings, and daily challenges that often accompany living with celiac disease in a world where awareness remains limited.
"This initiative was born from a simple yet powerful belief: no child or family should struggle because of a lack of awareness."
Our team of dedicated youth advocates represents schools across the country. They are the driving force behind our community outreach, helping to foster understanding and support for those living with gluten-related disorders.
