Building an Inclusive Society
Why We Exist

Awareness & Education

Our mission is to increase awareness of celiac disease and gluten sensitivity by educating individuals, families, educators, and communities about their symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management. We are committed to promoting early recognition, reducing misconceptions, and ensuring that people affected by gluten-related disorders have access to accurate, evidence-based information, appropriate healthcare, and safe dietary choices.

Inclusive Environments

We strive to create a society where celiac disease and gluten sensitivity are better understood, diagnosed promptly, and managed effectively through informed decision-making and community support. Through awareness campaigns, educational programs, public outreach, and collaborations with healthcare organizations, schools, food manufacturers, restaurants, and policymakers, we aim to foster a more inclusive environment where gluten-free living is accessible and respected.

Empowering Individuals

Our mission is to empower individuals with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity to take control of their health by providing practical resources, encouraging self-advocacy, and building supportive networks that enhance confidence and well-being. We believe that greater awareness leads to earlier diagnosis, improved quality of life, reduced health complications, and stronger community understanding.

Advocating for Change

Together with patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, researchers, and community partners, we advocate for greater awareness, improved food safety, inclusive policies, and equal opportunities, ensuring that everyone affected by gluten-related disorders can live healthier, safer, and more fulfilling lives.

Know Your Founder

At just 17 months old, Mannaz Singh's life took an unexpected turn. After months of declining hemoglobin levels, doctors initially believed she was suffering from iron deficiency anemia. A biopsy later revealed the true cause: celiac disease, a lifelong autoimmune disorder triggered by gluten.

Today, at 15, Mannaz has transformed her personal journey into a mission for change. Growing up, she experienced the isolation, misunderstandings, and daily challenges that often accompany living with celiac disease in a world where awareness remains limited. Rather than allowing those experiences to define her, she chose to give them purpose.

This initiative was born from a simple yet powerful belief: no child or family should struggle because of a lack of awareness. Through education, advocacy, and meaningful conversations, Mannaz is working to build a future where celiac disease and gluten sensitivity are understood, respected, and accommodated.

Her vision extends beyond awareness. It is about creating a culture of empathy, breaking barriers, and redefining what inclusion truly means. By inspiring communities to embrace gluten-sensitive individuals with understanding rather than uncertainty, she hopes to help create a new normal, one where everyone has a place at the table.
